How long is delivery?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 6 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier service.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £50.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships, where tracking is available. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please email support@somniabrand.com before sending anything back.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay to return approved items to SOMNIA Returns, 2 Cedar Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2SF, United Kingdom unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Are there hygiene exclusions?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, sealed products that are unsuitable for return once opened or used may not be returnable unless faulty. This can include sleep masks, earplugs, nasal products and other personal care or sleep products.

What is the UK, EU and EEA cancellation right?

If your order is delivered to the UK, EU or EEA, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us clearly stating that you wish to cancel, then send the goods back within 14 days to SOMNIA Returns, 2 Cedar Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2SF, United Kingdom. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage.
