Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 6 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier service.

Shipping options and any available rates are shown at checkout. Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £50.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details when your order ships, where tracking is available. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email support@somniabrand.com with your order number.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, with any tags, accessories and original packaging included.

To start a return, email support@somniabrand.com before sending anything back. Approved returns must be sent to: SOMNIA Returns, 2 Cedar Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2SF, United Kingdom.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Hygiene exclusions

For hygiene reasons, sealed products that are unsuitable for return once opened, used or unsealed may not be returnable unless faulty. This can include sleep masks, earplugs, nasal products and other personal care or sleep products.

UK, EU and EEA right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the UK, EU or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email support@somniabrand.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to SOMNIA Returns, 2 Cedar Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2SF, United Kingdom.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for return shipping. We may make a deduction from your refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Hygiene exclusions may apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.
